How to Copy Coffin to New Drive

I am trying to copy Coffin from a 32GB CF to a HDD as I need more space. I have re-created the partitions on the HDD using PFS and copied the System partition over (using DirectoryOpus). However when I boot off of the HDD I get a red crash at boot. Don't know if it will help but the error is:

Error: 8000 0008 Task: 40019620

I am using WinUAE as I don't have a way to connect both drives in my Amiga. Coffin does boot from the CF card on WinUAE but the direct copy on the HDD doesn't :-S

Any suggestions on how to do this so it will work?

I think I have it solved. When I installed PFS on the new drive it didn't install the filesystem correctly. I think it is fixed and should boot now.
