Icedrake Core 10000 - SFS Checksum Error

Hi.

I recently updated to core 10000 on my Icedrake (with AOS 3.2.2.1 ROM).
After that I got random SFS checksum errors all over the place. It got worse, so I thought I'll check the disk. Checked the disk in another Amiga but apparently it worked there without problem. I still copied all data, reformated and retried in the Icedrake which again showed checksum errors.
Can there be a problem?
Then I've downgraded to 9634, which got rid of the checksum errors, and at first it seemed OK also for the "Recoverable alert issue" that did pop up some time ago last year with AOS 3.2.2 ROM and Picasso96). However, during making a longer folder copy it suddenly started the yellow flicker (the symptom of the "Recoverable alert issue").
So I'm finally back to core 9429D, which was posted in Discord last year that has a workaround for the "Recoverable alert issue" by adding a delay in code somewhere (AFAIR). This one works well.

Since I don't really follow what has changed in the cores, is 9429D solid and still good to use?
Are there any fixes (permanent workarounds) in the cores for the yellow flicker issue?
And finally, is the checksum error known (or maybe it's just on my side)?

Regards,
Manfred

What IDE speed settings do you use?
Please recheck your setting and maybe start with low IDE speed

Ok, thanks. It helped to reduce the speed. It was on highest setting.
I'm wondering, seems there was a change that lead to a 'backwards incompatibility'.

Manfred  please note that the compile version for the ICEDRAKE
that you are currently using is labelled "ALPHA".
We are still doing our full green tests.
This might be just normal for the ungreen ALPHA core.

OK. I downloaded it from apollo-computer.com under Download section.
I'll retry when it's final.
