V1200 V2 Ethernet Module?

I remember reading about different Ethernet modules (along with example links to ebay) for getting the correct modules for the V1200 V2 on the Apollo Wiki. However, it seems the Wiki is down since a week or two. In the meantime, can anyone share a link to an appropriate adapter? I would like to buy one

Also, what drivers will be needed to get it working? I'm currently using Amiga OS 3.2

Get an ENC28J60 Module 3.3V Variant
