| How about adding a ready-to-go game development kit to every copy of Vampire? Could include: * Vim, Emacs, other editors * Git or alternative source-code tool * C compiler * ASM compiler * BlitzBASIC and AMOS (possibly other frameworks) * Vampire manual * Amiga reference literature * Source-code of some games that were open sourced (Wikipedia has a list) which should be able to compile and run without hassle (make; run) * Paint program * Music program

| I like the idea, a nice ready made bundle for every Vamp owner. It would also be very nice in my opinion, to have a ring-bound manual, like the one produced for the Spectrum Next for example. However, that is a huge undertaking, but I can dream ;-) As I sit at home, worried about the Coronavirus spreading here the UK and worldwide, the thoughts of getting my hands on a V4 Standalone are keeping me sane! Thumbs up to Apollo Team for keeping the Amiga Spirit alive and thriving!

| I work on a distribution that imitates 3.1. look and feel based on Aros, supports RTG, network and SD-Card out of the box but also is based on magellan and supports many file formats, includes preinstalled whdload and much more. EXTERNAL LINK this will be available as package for UAE and HDF for Vampire (currently only V4). Based on this I plan to make a developer edition that includes many preinstalled compilers. List here: EXTERNAL LINK Documentation regarding Aros: https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Aros/Developer/Docs#System_LibrariesDocumentation general in IT are WIP, there is too much change. It is a long time ago when I last bought a book in this context and I threw away a fortune when I threw away old books. In my view it makes no sense today. Better keep online documentations like wiki up to date.

That's an impressive list! Could be a first step, but one also has to make the parts work together.
