Open source X68000 emulator :)

EXTERNAL LINK
Porting this to Vampire with real midi support and Pamela support  Cd32 gamepad support it would be dream come true. Amazing fighting games, shooters, real arcade ports :)

Is it possible to run basic 10mhz x68000 in emulation via Vampire?

Just as an FYI - X68000 is a beast of a machine and has a lot of custom hardware.  Separate RAM for text and graphics, a custom GPU (chipset) with hardware sprites and other features,  YM2151 FM for sound in addition to PCM.  There's also a secondary CPU (a microcontroller chip repurposed..).

This makes the machine very hard to emulate at a useful performance level.

The japanese Amiga... there ist still an huge fan community around, they could be interested in the Apollo Core, too.

the X68000 shared it fate with Amiga, Atari and (nearly) Mac: PowerPC was mainly a total flop. IBM Power is a bit better, but also had its problems since x86(64) got stronger and stronger. Even in avionics and other industrial uses we see this problem: B2, Eurofighter and I think also Gripen had to migrate from Motorola to PowerPC and this migration process is still difficult - one of the reasons Austria wants to get rid of their Tranche 1 fighters. The DE, AT, UK Tranche1 Fighters are still 68k!

I think there is a market for the Apollo Core, and also SAGA as built in graphics solution - with or without AmigaOS.
