| i am curious about Vampires 16bit audio? Is it still called Pamela? There are several ports of games out to Vampire but Pamela isn out? Are these games gonna support better audio later or how? I have been away from the topics some time..

Current ports use Paula through AHI.

We ll see then, but lets say it would great to finally transit from 8-bit to 16-bit audio as standard. When GOLD3 is out. Blitter performance and 4MB Chip should also be great benefits.Surely, AHI software could outpout to Pamela via AHI drivere easily, buy yet all samples and music would need to be 16-bit and currently downsampled via AHI to Paula audio, or done again.

| I copied the GNGeo drawer from coffin r49 to my Workbench3.1. Then i copied the new GNGeo.exe to this drawer. I get in every game in complete screen gfx errors. No sound too. I didn´t test previous version System:Amiga600+Vampire2+Gold2.9+Workbench3.1

NEOGEO needs some Screen-modes defined which match the original NEOGEO resolutions. Without these correct modes the screen will not look right.

Which Screenmode?

| You need to create new 304x224 resolution in 16bit in Picasso96Mode with appropriate pixel clock for you monitor.

| this resolution is configured but when i make a test. blackscreen, so i understand my monitor don't support this and i have to find the appropriate pixel clock. But, why with the gngeo.exe from fresh installation of coffinR51 it was working and with the new one, it doesn't work ?

gngeo was perhaps changed to use the built in NeoGeo modes in SAGA, while it was pure SDL-RTG before?
