| The V4 Cores now allow to boot from Floppy Images. This allows you to play games and run demos this way. You can also of course use this to install a legacy OS. Your are not limited with this to DOS disk, but also NDOS disks with long tracks, and other copy protections are supported.

| Cool! Now as in, already available in the latest core versions, or in an upcoming core? And how to operate / where to store disk images. I'd love some more info.

You can load a diskimage from SDcard, or from HD. And then boot from it.

| Sorry, it's still a bit vague :) Are you talking about standard adf mounting within AmigaOS, what you can do on any Amiga already? Or do we have to put the floppy images on a separate partition/memory card? And how do we select the image to boot from, etc. Is it in the current 8949 core?
