Do you mean SDcard in SDcard port or CF Card / IDE port?
Using 64GB or 128GB or bigger SDcards on the Sdcardport is no problem. The SAGA.sdcard.device supports any size. Please mind that small SDcard come preformatted with FAT while big SDcards are often preformatted with NTFS. AmigaOS can read FAT but not NTFS.
Therefore you might need to reformat a big card. On Apollo-Computer and on the ApolloOS 8.1 distro are How-to Video explaining you how to do this best.
