I see unofficial OS 3.9 BBs 3+4 is still updated (as of April 2018). Its a patch-pack that was intended to further upgrade OS 3.9

FreeBench looks very interesting to me, we will see where it goes.
 
Regarding the unofficial BoingBag3+4, coffin seems to be based on it, no need to install it over.

Regarding BB3&4 though, there are two branches of this and the releases of from http://amigan.1emu.net/releases/#bb are more up to date and fixes the problems people reported with the lilliput versions that put many people off of using them.

BestWB got updated to 1.1 March 2019
