Nice 👍 for non coder or for simplicity an hex editor might be simpler to use.
I think I already ask that question but is something similar to the Action Replay available for the V4? triggering it via an NMI would be even better.
An hex editor suited for games save.

I did a lot of this type of thing back in the day. I don't remember what program it was, but i could view files in ASCII, hex, binary or decimal formats.

Yes, that would be a cool feature to have on the V4SA, Action Replay or HRTMon, like on an ACA500(+)

Yep the Replay board do also have this feature using ARTMOn triggering the NMI using a key.
