| Oh nice thanks! .. I mean its great to show classic demo's working but the more modern stuff is going to often really beat on the hardware and try new tricks .. great to see its keeping up to the task with even the newer demos as well ..!

| Well, there is one serious problem with most of the modern AGA demos - by default, if demo is written for 060/AGA it's assumed that the machine has FPU. And we don't have that in our GOLD3 betas and unfortunately FEMU is most often not enough to make these demos happy... Some work, most don't.

| Another fresh 060/AGA production running so well on GOLD3 - "Idi Ami(n)ga" by Boozoholics (2017). EXTERNAL LINK PS> Looks way better on a real machine. YT compression is laughably bad :/

Thanks I guess? However I always upload a lossless (Lagarith or even Uncompressed RGB - no difference) quality 1080p50 or 1080p60 AVIs to YT. It's their stupid encoders mess things up. Vimeo has the superior quality, but they introduced global retroactive upload size limits for non-paying users, so I can't even upload anything else unless I pay them. So I'm stuck with YT and their crappy compression...

| It's about time we up this AGA Demoscene game a little ;) Recorded some AGA demos from my Vampire V4 and even better GOLD3 alpha AGA core (that includes a real FPU) - yet still not fully featured, not even full speed RAM, and the demos just look amazing. Have a look at these masterpieces: "Ocean Machine" by The Black Lotus
EXTERNAL LINK "Human Traffic" by Ghostown & Loonies
EXTERNAL LINK "Aulun Baulund" by Focus Design
EXTERNAL LINK I hope you enjoy :) As usual, all vids in HD 1080@50.

| The digital audio is sounding really good... bypassing all the analog butchery on regular Amiga audio. Especially good on the TBL demo. Nice. :)

| "Gift" by Potion - AGA/FPU/AHI 64kB intro, or rather a fully featured, 10 minute long demo that is fully generated from only 64 kilobytes. It really does fly on Vampire V4 (and a core of merely 78MHz with just single pipe), even with AHI mode set to the highest possible quality (HiFi 14 Bit Stereo++ Calibrated, 28khZ mixing). Made in 2000 by Mavey and my humble self. Enjoy :)

No. These are AGA-only demos that mostly work only on GOLD3 (there are some exceptions - a few can also open a RTG screen if no AGA is found) and therefore there was no point to include them in Coffin (they would not work on OCS/ECS+RTG combo). However, in every video I upload I put the pouet.net and A.D.A. links that will both point you to the download location of a particular demo.

| Thanks again for the uploads - they're looking fantastic! I really like Human Traffic. the style is fun and the audio is top notch. you really wouldn't know its running through an audio chip designed from 1985, and rebuilt in an fpga! i'm sure I could probably pick it out from some proper 16bit 44khz stuff if I had my decent headhphones on, or running it through a big system. But it's just so nice and crisp that I don't care! :D

| I tried to run a few demos from this thread on Gold 3 (V600v2). Most work, but running Human Traffic and Starstruck - they launch, the music is there, but no animations, only white or black screen. It happened with one more demo too, can't remember which one, but in the middle. What could be the reason?
