Amiga 1200 - Floppy Error 27 On Block 0

I am new to the Amiga world.
A month ago I purchased for my Amiga 1200, IceDrake V4.
I have a huge collection of floppies (given to me by the previous owner - only about 3000 :) ).
I had to install some software from a floppy and was surprised to find that I couldn't do it because the floppy was behaving strangely and throwing up some message that it couldn't read the floppy.
(1. Floppy error 27 on block 0)
(2. The stack size of 16384 bytes is lower than the recommended minimum size of 32000...)

This happens with all the floppies I tried.
And I'm sure it works.
Before I put the icedrake card in, I used it regularly for whatever.
Am I missing something?
I came across 2 forum threads that mention the physical floppy not working when Icedrake V4 is installed.
Or I don't understand something?

You can run each V4 Accelerator in 2 modes.

a) use mainboard chipset for playing games.
In this mode nothing changed. All games play as always.

b) use SAGA chipset to play games.
In this mode you have a lot more CHIPMEM.
With this mode you can have now up to 12 MB chipmem on your A1000.
With this mode, you can play AGA games.
Imagine playing AGA games on your A500
And in this mode the game video comes out over DIGITAL-VIDEO video out.
This means you can use new modern monitors.
Today in this mode - you can not yet use the old floppy drive.
But we are working on this.

You have the choice
