| Hello. In Apollo OS 8.1 iGame forces turtle mode, is this correct ?
I tried to load the full game and demo list and it took 15 min for the list to come up.
In other words iGame is not usable for long lists. I have coffin r59 and 8.1 in apollo boot.

| I imagine you are using a beta Core 8 which introduces an automated turtle mode when you launch a whdload game/demo. I disagree with this choice to have an automated turtle mode and I prefer the old F12 switch.

I'm using core 7_4 and iGame goes into turtle mode before launching games or demos.
The list of games, if there are 100s takes forever to come up.
iGame is not working in Apollo OS 8.1, try loading a large list into it.

| Then you have to modify the WHDLoad.prefs file in S of your Workbench and put a ";" at the lines that set the turtle mode on and off.

| Its iGame its self.
Try loading a list of 100s of games or demos.
You can not make long lists in iGame in OS 8.1
Its the iGame browser, it turtles before launching anything.
I understood the suggestion with Whdload.
Also I did check the config and it wasn't set to turtle mode.
Please try a benchmark when iGame browser is running.
It might be my setup, I'm not sure.
I just tried the tutorial for Apollo boot turbo install.
Coffin r59 and Apollo OS.

| I have my personal OS3.9 installation, I don't use ApolloOS, never installed.
As soon as my V4 arrived I immediately put the Coffin image in place of ApolloOS, then changed to OS 3.9.
Never a problem, except for those to the core related.

I have gone back to Apollo OS R6 and loving it.
Apollo OS 8 needs more work, I'm sure the apollo team are hard at work and will release an awesome OS.
I like 3.9 too, I have that on my A1200.
