Amiga chips can access only Chip ram? - right? So how they can be integrated with SAGA? As SAGA memory is in Fast ram. How can Amiga chipsets access Vampire Fast ram to make hw effects and acceleration?

Probably same as inside WinUAE, remove limitations from chips and allow them access more than 2MB.
CPU can also work with Chip memory, so, need to create Amiga Chips inside FPGA without memory addressing limitations and change Vampire Fast to Chip memory.
It's easy :D

They can't access Vampire memory which is why the Amiga custom chips needs to be implemented in the FPGA.
