V4SA and A500v4

Hi,

Looking at videos and pictures of the V4SA and demos last year of the A500v4 they look very similar, which of course is good design.

It seems in hardware that the V4SA is missing the pin-strip for the A500 68000 socket. I guess there will be differences in the HDL files.

Could this mean a A500v4 could be released quite soon once Core3 is stable on V4SA ?

I don't think there have been any details of any sort of Vampire 500 V4 released yet, and maybe not for a while yet due to V4SA and V1200 V2 just having been released.

The first developer versions were A500 V4.
Manuel Jesus was testing one of them.

Ah yeah, that's right. I forgot about that. And I also just found the "Vampire V4 Announcement Letter" PDF file that has a pic of it in there.
