There is something with the power supply of the V4.
It will not start directly. I have to connect the power supply two or three times than my V4 will start to boot.
Can this problem come from the power supply or from the V4 himself?
I have the power supply from the event in neuss.

I have found this product EXTERNAL LINK  will this work with the V4?

The bundled "Power Supply" are tested to work fine.
Which power supply do you use?

Please come in the V4 support Slack channel - this is much faster then talking here.

I would be very surprised if the supply was not a universal supply, e.g. 90VAC-250VAC which will work anywhere in the world. This is one of the benefits of using switch mode technology. :-)
The input voltage range should be printed on the supply.

you can use your vamp v4 powersupply in the us without a problem, if you looked on the backside of your power supply you will see something like input 100-240 which means that your device will operate within the voltage range of 100 Volts and 240 Volts. That covers just about all countries.

E.G Japan (100v)  USA (120v) Europe (240v)

It is just a USB power supply (a quality one). If it doesn't fit your outlet, try a (quality) other one...

Right, EUR power supplies don't fit USA outlets.. I was able to power up the V4 with a USA usb power supply (smartphone charger)... it powers up to an Aros splash screen but that's it, I never received the Aros cf card, I'm waiting for Vesalia to get back to me.....
thanks for the response..
