Not at all. Not a single second such message will bring anything positive. Nothing to be proud of, it is just pure coincidence.

Polite inquiry usually works better :-)
End results would not change much (next core release date) but communication would.

Just for the record,I do remember Tukko designed nice iconset for Coffin and probably brought a lot of nice goodies each Vamp user uses :-)

A known monthly core re-realise with included serials would do all the magic.

I did not design Coffin icons, Barjack made them for that distribution.

@BigGun, please close this thread.

Surely enough my rude and unfair email obviously helped some people including me to finally get the answer we were looking for.

Wrong!

In my extensive experience I find more gets done when you’re polite and treat people with respect even when you yourself are upset about something not going your way.
These guys bust their chops to provide updates and you childishly assume they don’t care? Either stick with the working GOLD 2.5 core that came with the Vampire or just turn off your Amiga and step outside and get some fresh air and come back when a new core is released.

On the wiki it has a new addition for 'Latest Core' though all it says is "5836 GOLD2.11 2018-10-12", no files yet, so might be on its way.... or they are trolling us XD.

Yeah, I've got my Vamped A500 and copy of OS 3.1.4 sitting waiting, I'll probably use CoffinOS and setup a separate bare 3.1.4 system as well.
Not got a lot of software at the moment for my amiga but I suppose the way of the Amiga is if it doesnt exist, better learn how to program and write it yourself.

Use AMINET! Your old CD ROM backups (yeah, got em and workin!).
Even UAE style ADF and other archives pon net.

There is a demo scene archive.

The days have changed. 68k s/w is all around, you just need to look a little bit better.

What kind of SLAs are people expecting ?
Should we start selling "24x7 PREMIUM SUPPORT" contracts ?

I think you should identify his IP address and configure the site to only show old cores whenever he visits. :-)

Nothing like trolling, we just don't have time for that. New release is just around the corner.

I don't see it on the wiki. It's got text but no links to files.

Rolling it now for V600, V500 will come later, x12 might see the light if we are lucky

V600 file is up.
[GOLD2.11] (12.10.2018)
* Added Out of Order Execution for FPU
* Improved FPU to 52bit precision (fixes Elude demos)
* Forward bug fixed (thanks to neoman)

No idea what Forward bug is, but OoO for the FPU is bound to increase performance, and extra precision for the FPU is also nice.

(im)patiently waiting for V500 release :)
