So, does anyone know if it's possible to set a specific screenmode in WHDload? So that one can output the game screen onto the monitor/screenmode one intends to use?

My reason for asking is, if you wanna play the game on the same monitor as you use workbench on with a P96 screenmode like SAGA uses, or any other graphics card that is not displayed on the RGB port of the motherboard.

There are no WHDLoad specific prefs for this.
Dual display problem will be resolved in few months with core3 release, if that is the problem of forcing the screenmode.

Some promote like tools *MIGHT* be the meanwhile solution, but I never liked the devils. Here seems to be one EXTERNAL LINK Surely, there are more. Test and use at own risk.

But WHDLoad has a lot of options!

Here are all the options EXTERNAL LINK
Note that EXPCHIP is needed for couple of titles
  EXTERNAL LINK
It would be nice to register and update the list. Especially testing does few unworking and glitching titles improve over time with core releases.

Beta testers could add 100% working AGA titles once core 3 goes public.

Most games write directly to the custom chips, so the video is always output from those, i.e. Amiga RGB. Do you mean in Gold3 which has the custom chips implemented inside the FPGA as well?
