| Looking at all the debates about V2/V4 - one thing that is really missing is that killer app! The Apollo games look pretty but don't really push the envelop at the moment. A constant debate is SF2 on the Amiga and how it could be so much better. An Apollo version of this could make the crowd stand up... Saying that, I am not under-estimating the workload as there doesn't seem to be a source disassembly so programming the AI (the most critical bit) would be somewhat of a challenge. But imagine offering this to the users...

Doesnt the Street Fighter game not already look perfect on V2/V4 using our NEOGEO emulator?
I think Apollo Invader is getting constantly better -
It looks already much more impressive than SF2 in my opinion
and its a lot fun to play. ;-)

Are the sources and data files available?
If not then you can not port is. All you can do is program it from scratch.

Well there is SNK vs Capcom which has several Street Fighter characters. Honestly the King of Fighters series on the NEO GEO much better than Street Fighter IMO. Also a creation by the same guy that made Street Fighter.

Another option might be to port the Sharp X68000 version of SF2, since it runs on 68k code and is arcade perfect.
