Outside CD32 games, I only know one game ADoom that supports a 3 Button mode. But that can actually happen on a modded regular joystick and it specifically has a CD32 mode as well. I think there are a handful of open source ports that make use of the CD32 joypad, just haven't played all of them.

I have no CD32 so dont take this for a definite answer.

I would bet on few games that were CD32/CDTV exclusive like
Pirates Gold, Microcosm, Prey: An Alien Encounter, Defender of the Crown II,Flink, The Bix Six (Dizzy compilation), Litl Divil,  The Final Gate, The Labyrinth of Time, Liberation, Guardian, Roadkill, Diggers, Amiga CD Football,  Camel Racer (CDTV too), Gangster Pursuit (CTDV too): Lunar-C: Sharks (a shareware game), Summer Olympix, Trivial Pursuit (CDTV too), Ultimate Body Blows, Harem Challenge, Laser Quiz, Laser Quiz 2

Note: Most of this game has a floppy AGA release, but was backripped from CD32.

Payback definitely has support for CD32 pads.  The Demo can still be downloaded from the Apex Designs website.

Amiga games supporting more then 1 button (thus enabling CD32 joypad and other multibutton joysticks) is quite long at EAB and often require WHDLoad slaves

Did anyone try to run The Lost Vikings from CD32 version on a regular Amiga with a CD32 gamepad?

No, but thinking of it, I believe a reverse list would be of more significance. How many CD32 titles can be played with ordinary joystick and a mouse (on A1200 or GOLD3 flashed future Vamp), so we dont need to haunt older ADF/DMS if CD32 ISOs are availiable?

I indeed like the idea of running 200+ Classic games from a menu of an  ISO, thanks to CD32 fanatics :-)
