| That is pretty frigging awesome! Well done. How does these new screen modes work with software launched through Whdload and non-wb software? As soon as the A1200 version of this accelerator is available, I'm gonna get one ;) I'm also looking forward to a Natami-style stand-alone Amiga compatible based on this development.

| WOW, just WOW!!!! I remember this on a 33 MHz 386, and this is about (seems) 35% faster, and you also needed a Voodoo 3 I think. It was most likely, though, running in 640*480, while this is in 800*600, right? I hate to nitpick, but, and it's apples/oranges comparison deal, but it IS a 68060 @ ~70-80 MHz performance vs. 33 MHz 386.... right? What I'm not clear on (and MAGIC is an acceptable reply) is the picture coming from the ECS on the Amiga 600 motherboard, or ECS emulated by the FPGA??? Anyhow HAPPY NEW (& oh so VERY PROSPEROUS) YEAR to you all!!!!! (Can't WAIT FOR A STANDALONE VERSION!!!!!!)

The GFX comes from the Super-AGA chipset which is inside the FPGA. For example the MPEG video is played on a 65.000 color screen.

| AWESOME EXCELLENTE GUNNAR!!!! I've misunderstood the state of the project to this point. I thought that you guys were still working out emulating the 68060 CPU and ECS, which is relatively easy compared to the S-AGA Amiga chips. I can't understand what held you back in the NatAmi project, when this seems to have just "arrived" so quickly from when the other project was abandoned*! Anyhow, as I've said, I plan on getting 3 of these FANTASTIC mechanisms when they become available!!! * NatAmi being abandoned for reasons that I have no idea what they were.

Wow.. just wow. So making a fully piplined and modern cpu (which all said was impossible) is in your world easy compared to what took like 2 month to make... I think i can say that you still dont understand it :) Biggest problem with Natami was that it was not cost effective. Wht it failed has been discussed by BigGun on both IRC and on the Natami forum.
