Emutos Update Without Flashing Vamp

Hello

I have found a simple solution to test new Emutos ROM in a full configuration disk (with Mint)

Restart Emutos with MapRom freeze, it work only under Emutos, this quite frustrating to push CTRL button at start before Mint start then start Maprom and reboot.

I have modified a small thing in Emutos, just rename AUTO folder in AUTO2 folder, like this when start MapRom is run at boot then the new Emutos will load Mint from AUTO2 folder.
Another small modification, I need force cold boot because looks Emutos think it is hot reset, I don't know why and looks like it is not good.

If some people are interested by this I can provide Emutos update

There is already a maprom tool available, you can load emutos into the memory and the V4 core will map the new image then a reboard will happen. I can send it to you

I know, you not understand me. MapRom work from Emutos or Amiga, in my case I have Emutos only, no Amiga part.
If you boot from Atari side you need to do CTRL at start, then launch maprom, if we want an updated Emutos rom we need flash new version, and we need Apollo team to integrate it, I think they have a lot of work to do than propose new flash version and we need enhance Emutos that is only in very early stage for Vampire, I not want do all this all five minutes to do a new test or when I need reboot because it crash, already modify compact flash several time a day is already enough I think.
Here I propose a simple solution to test dev Emutos version, perhaps nobody is interested by this, I'm developper so my needs are often quite different than users!

Maybe you missunderstood, we already ported it to emutos, so you can use it from emutos diretly..

CZIETZ used it already to optimize emutos for vampire v4sa
