| Hello, I have the stock version of ApollOs. I really like it, but when using it I get frequent lockups of the machine. Maybe I need to upgrade the software. What can I do to make it more stable ? Thanks,

Yes this will certainly help.
The new release is much more stable. We plan to bring out the new release in a few days.
If you ping us on our Discord Support channel then you can always get the latest version from us to join testing if you like.

When the new release gets out I want to install it.
When you talk about a new release you are talking about the image for the FPGA right ? Not the operating system ?
Can you point me to some documentation on how to install the new release onto the FPGA ? I'm a noob with this.Thanks,

I speak about the CF Distro.
You will need a USB CF card reader, download the CF image and copy it to the CF.

| I had quite a few lockups on ApolloOS with the shipped image, but it seems a lot better with the 7-1 release. Though I havent used it extensively yet, may wait for the 7-2 release before getting into it a bit more.

| I received my firebird with version 7.3, but it is still locking up a lot. Furthermore, I get a lot of blockid errors (smart filesystem request), when trying to copy files between SD/RAM/DH1. Is there another version coming soon that might solve these problems?
