AROS On Vampire 500 V2+

Hello, I have a Vampire 500 V2 + and would like to install AROS for about half a year, but so far the AROS has no function.
My Amiga is an A 500 with a clock including memory expansion and a BSC Oktagon 508 (SCSI controller with 8 MB). In the SCSI controller housing is a 4 GB hard drive, a CD-ROM and a MOD drive connected. There is a CD-ROM burner and a scanner behind. Everything works properly with AmigaOS 3.1.4 and 3.9, as does Coffin R 54.
Regardless of whether I create an AROS start diskette (emergency boot ADF image) and then wait for the computer to access the AROS CD-ROM or copy and adapt everything to a CF card or the same with a MOD disk do.
With the DIGITAL-VIDEO connection only a pixelated screen appears and with the Amiga RGB Scart connection only the workbench screen without any function.
What can or must I do so that I can use AROS as well as AmigaOS or Coffin?

aros has still some problem booting with v2 afaik. currently a test v2 machine arrived at dedicated developer. we will see if this is fixed soon.

but other than that its interesting that you actually get to workbemnch. what aros are you using/where do you have it from and can you post a picture how that workbench without function looks like?

if this is just a regular amiga workbench, then you probably are booting an amiga system upon aros kickstart. this should work, but you may need to disable/comment out a bunch of stuff in the startup-sequence. the question is, is that what you want?

I tried these AROS versions: Nightly Build Downloads (ABI-v1), amiga-m68k-boot-floppy and amiga-m68k-boot-iso. Unfortunately, AROS Vision cannot be downloaded completely because e always terminates. My accelerator has the original Gold 2.11 Apollo Core AMMX and the Amiga 2.10 ROM 45.64. Yes, I created an AROS Kickstart diskette and started it. This is the screen after the AROS Kickstart floppy start:

If I have to change or adapt something in the startup sequence, please let me know what.

i dont think i can view a file in your home folder just like that?

you would have to add:
boot/amiga/AROSBootstrap ROM boot/amiga/aros.hunk.gz
at the beginning of your s-s. that with an amiga or linux editor, or notepad++ on windows.

unfortunately currently bootstrapping upon amiga ks is broken anyway. we wait for a fix. ill try to remember to let you know, when it will be worth to test.

Yes, I saw that I don't see the photo.
I added boot/amiga/AROSBootstrap ROM boot/amiga/aros.hunk.gz in the first line of the startup sequence.
After the startup sequence has been processed, an empty workbench screen with no function and symbols is displayed with a red triangular arrow that can be moved (AROS colors?).
I would be happy to help you test if possible.
I thank you for your support.

Yes. That's good news. We're making some progress...slowly at first.

I also have an A500 with V2+ and I'm currently running a newer AROS Vision in WinUAE. I'd like to write it to CF and run it on my V2+ as well. Maybe I can try that this coming weekend.

At least you got to the big red ufo-looking cursor that no one likes! :-)
