Wawa and the boys,

does this "hold the water" (until mending guys are gone :)

Q:  I would like to use AROS with Vampire

V4 Standalone ships with AROS Kickstart. You are free to start AROS but for time being (December 2019) you will need Classic to install AROS there (boot floppy) and then transfer files to Standalone. We are long term comitted to AROS, and there will be better solutions. We are sorry for incovinience. (vox)

OK, big thanks for links correction (already updated DOC, PDF and ODT)

please make a complete text for V2 and V4 installs and are already signed as contributor. I did my best and failed :)

Maybe an WinUAE/E-UAE install and transfer to SD card guide for v4 for time being? Then from SD copying to an IDE HDD or SD2IDE card and booting :)

apparently under windows Win32DiskImager can be used to write hdf image (you can fetch on our daily compiles) to cf/sd/hd (which can be connected to a pc via appropriate interface).

Thanks, will included tgat in current v4 install description.

V2 users Can floppy boot and install as any Classic user?

however our images dont need to be installed. i have never needed an installation. i simply copy over the files. so if you write the hdf to a sd/cf/hd you will get a bootable drive as result.
