Received my bundle and would like to say that the controller and keyboard are surprisingly nice given the price.

Now I need to figure out how to swap a few keys in the keyboard to make it QWERTY :D

Merry Christmas!

Hello,

Try to be king and nice, I hope.

So V4SA I received with candies like that and all the folks.

I have no hdmi cable. Which one to use on a tv which says 1080i/p ?

Remember and found 960x540 so it is scart ?

What to buy ?  But I want to understand before ?

Look at Amazon for hdmi 460/575 to 720p or 1080p hdmi output but some client says it burned all !
Not fun. How to avoid.

I have a low end tv with 1080i/p input hdmi so interlaced is 1080 / 2 = 540p !

All H.D.M.I cables will do.
E.g the H.D.M.I cable from your Playstation 3 or Playstation 4 or XBox. Or the one you use to connect your computer to our monitor maybe.

Yes, in general a product like this will work.

Of course, if this item in particular is of good quality or not I can not say.

How do you order the XMAX bundle? If I placed an order using the V4 order form (23rd of Nov), will it automatically qualify for the Xmax bundle?

Hello,

Can I use a hdmi to vga converter ?

If all amiga modes are promoted to 31 kHz / 50 Hz ? Isn’t it ?

Thank you,
Sorry for the question because I found that is works from a member. But for sure, not to damaged the board.

Best wishes

Yes everybody in the pre-order list can get the XMAS bundle.

The V4 gives all modes out over Digital-Video.
For crystal clear picture I can recommend modern Monitors like e.g. ViewSonic in 24/27/32 inch.
They run great and both old Amiga games and new WB resolutions look awesome.

H.D.M.I to VGA converter also work, but you need to mind that VGA is analog and might look more blurred and not as clear as digital and of course some old VGA monitors might not be able to show all the high resolutions.

Evening,

I like to congratulate all the team.

For the moment I do not test too much and just plug and play cable.
Like what said in this thread.

Listening and playing pro tracker modules remember me a lot of my youth.
I catch a headache playing the tiny Galaga... like those great days back to 90’

I particularly appreciate the manual or quick guide in the box and the schematics also on the box. The box look nice but even solid. Great again.

I saw a drawer with/for the AmigaDeveloper ; it feels me serious and challenging for futur project or to port my console from os4depot! to AROS.

Renaud Scheim... Ptit’loo not hear in France, this time because of Covid and cancellations of meetings.

I don’t forget to switch ´d’ on the back of the joypad!

Best merry Christmas, best celebrations ;-)

Hi all,
is it normal if you don't get any reply at all after using the order form at EXTERNAL LINK ?

I used that roughly one week ago, but didn't even get an automated message back. Then again, I wasted quite some time trying to register to this forum, never getting the confirmation link e-mail I expected, only to find out that the account is already usable without any confirmation whatsoever, so there you go. ;-)

I was also wondering if I should have gotten an auto-reply.

Please do not worry, this is perfectly normal here;)

You get the first reply when the hardware for you is ready to be dispatched.

Usually it takes a few weeks (before it took even a few months because of the 2020 lockdowns).

In the meantime why not to read this Forum or learn more about handling your new Amiga on Apollo Wiki (http://wiki.apollo-accelerators.com/)

Kind Regards

PS. The reply e-mails end up in spam section most of the time (jealous PC lovers like Google are behind that probably..), so please make sure you also check the spam folder on a regular basis.
