On Majsta's site You can see some small update, Vampire 500 board visualisation!!
I hope soon board will be ready. And, I hope, it will fit on other amigas like CDTV, A500+, A1000, A2000.

Sadly, the board not look to fit into a CDTV.
As usual, the big capacitor will avoid to install it...

It is just not serious to do that.

Since the accelerator uses an on-board Kickstart, I'm not sure how that would interact with the extended ROM on a CDTV.  It might need a special version of the accelerator anyway.

Stop scaring me, I'll cry forever if Vampire can't work with CDTV!

Vampire IS NOT compatible with CDTV. CDTV is indeed a very special case scenario. However, I have no doubt that in the future a special process will be made to make it compatible..however, I don't know the priority level of that and when/if it will happen.

See! I am good in taking your fears away!

Very funny... Why are you thinking CDTV is not compatible with Vampire? Because of addictional ROMs? I don't think it's problem. Case? I think I can fit vapire there, even if I need to desolder CPU slot and solder Vampire directly to board. It must be working :D

The A500 version will not work directly in the CDTV due to the extended ROM. They would probably have to make a custom version which includes the extended ROM on the Vampire board.

The A500 Version is going to be insane. Here is a package comp I threw together. Some typos I think and tech fact checking must be verified. Vampires don't ship with full color packaging, I brought it up to the team as an idea and played around with a what if scenario on the packaging.

This is very nice work and a delightful concept - I do business with a company that could easily print this as a carton or a sleeve for one.

Put in a manual, USB Blaster and Recovery Disk and away you go!

Thanks, I know lots of printing facilities here in the US that will print it cheap. When it comes to packaging cost you have to pay someone to box it and sort it. It takes time and adds cost to the product. I have seen this on the factory floor.

For now this is a gift for the Vampire team and a tech industry packaging piece to add to my portfolio. I will refine it a bit as there are lots of little quirks. Standard A500 and A600 versions to come. I have a ton of freelance work to do so after that is done I will bang  out the other versions.

Manual would have to be single sheet, English, French and German, my wife can do the Spanish.
