What screenmode do you use on the WB?
Is it maybe a PC-mode?

Problems seems to be with all modes in RTG. What Does it means "PC Mode"? Is there any switch?

I will answer to myself. Yesterday was late and I was hurry. I have checked only 32bit modes. All others are fine so I think there is no problem in using 24 bit modes. Looks like newest SAGA driver fixed my problem with no picture.  I'm just curious what is different in new drivers. Someone knows the answer?

  RC2 core has the x10 versions: EXTERNAL LINK

Thanks for this Simo. I tested the x10 version, and it boots up correctly.

My card is Rev 2.2, and according to Majsta it already has both the power and video Fix: EXTERNAL LINK
So I don't know what to do next. Replace the PSU of A1000 with something more powerful? Or is it perhaps possible to release an x10 version of the Gold 2.12 and later versions?

INTEL chips (x86) = PC chips have Little Endian Byte-Order
Motorola CPU (68k) = Amiga CPU have Big Endian Byte-Order

Little Endian / Big Endian means in which order the bytes are in memory.

Example:

Big Endian  :: "A.M.I.G.A.!"
Litte Endian :: "M.A.G.I.!.A"

Please select Big-Endian == Amiga GFX Byte Ordering.
Modes with  "PC" in their name have Little Endian Order.

I see no "PC" signed screenmodes. Just RGB and ARGB. Those RGB are working fine ARGB has quite broken colours. Anyway, it's not a problem to use RGB modes so my issue seems to be solved  with new SAGA driver :-) Now I could enjoy with new core :-)

@Sean Sk. Could you please test to map 3.1.4 and FPU/Turtle with the these tools?

Hi again Simo.

I just wanted to find out if the above beta tools are also supposed to work with the Vampire 1200 or are they for V600 only?

I recently acquired my V1200 (love it, by the way) and upgraded it to GOLD 2.12 r7389B. I then successfully flashed KS 3.1.4 with VampireFlash that comes with SAGA 2.0.1.  I noticed that VControl that came with SAGA 2.0.1 has the same issue with "FP 0" and "TU 1" not working on the V1200.

So I decided to try the above beta tools. When flashing KS 3.1.4 using the beta VampireFlash it causes the A1200 to NOT boot, even though it says the flash is successful. So had to use USB Blaster to flash GOLD 2.12 again.

I also tested the beta VControl with the V1200. "TU 1" works but "FP 0" does not.

To confirm my setup:
A1200 with Vampire 1200, GOLD 2.12 r7389B flashed with KS 3.1.4, Amiga OS 3.1.4.

Please let me know if you need any more information. It's late here and time to get to bed. :)

Yes, files were especially for your V600 only to isolate issue. It turned out that it depends on the version of the vampiresupport module which VampireFlash adds into KS 3.1.4.

The V500 V2 Gold212 core is now built into version x10B. It is also available for download from wiki pages.

  Im made a quick test yesterday - but with this command Shapeshifter gets stuck while booting.  When I have time I'll post my Startup Sequence - I use an old CoffeinOS installation and there are commands I can't interpret. Maybe this is the reason.

  Probably your MAC OS installation didn't like it. Here's yet another debug prg to test: EXTERNAL LINK

  Hello Simo,
  I use this tool now by default for shapeshifter.(V600&V1200) Are there other applications where it makes sense to use ForceATTN?

It seems that the function is broken in the last core or did i miss something? I've again the grafix issues with Shapeshifter/Wolfenstein and the Loonies Demo "Smoke & Mirrors". I've tested with: "vcontrol AF" (Message in shell AttnFlags:0x847f) and also with the old ForceATTN file itself - none helped.
