My point of view.
For Intuition program (program with user interface on workbench): GFA, Blitz
For Game/Demo (program without interface in full screen): Amos, Blitz
Amigabasic is to basic.

For me Blitz is the best. Blitz basic 2 is working on all Amiga, but Amiblitz 3 (https://www.amiblitz.de/) need a more powerfull Amiga.
Look at this comparison: https://www.amigacoding.com/index.php/Blitz:Versions

I have programmed in Blitz Basic 2.1. It is great. There are many add-ons (libraries) that vastly increase it's abilities.

Blitz has a rather weird syntax. In particular the curly braces.
But probably the best and most versatile available for Amiga.
