Can't Join the #apollo-team Channel

Can't join the #apollo-team channel anymore. Using the link in the header here. Any changes?

You need to register an IRC with password in order for you to join the channel.

Do this;
 
  /msg nickserv register [password] [email]
 
  Like this below;
 
  /msg nickserv register password123 niding@vampiremail.com 
 
  You then get sent an email with instruction, which is basically a command you just copy paste into IRC, and you are done. Takes about 1 minute to do.

Bit of explanation, this is done by freenode IRC due to spamming on a lot of channels.

It's annoying they had to do this, but thank those nasty spammers for it.

I connect with AmIRC and it's not all that difficult.
   
Just put in your nickname and username at the top.
 
Click "New Server"
Under "Server name" type "chat.freenode.net".
Under "Autojoin" type "#apollo-team".
"Port" = "6667"
In "Comment" type anything you want.
Also put in your account password.
